There are a few basic maneuvers that Ronnie Cameron, Old Dominion's high-energy defensive tackle, relies on to get to the quarterback as quickly as possible. In three videos, he breaks down his favorite moves.

Spin Move
When an offensive linemen is sitting back, determined to keep Cameron from beating them to the outside, it's time to spin inside.
Club-to-Swim Move
If a lineman tries to jump on Cameron quickly, he'll club down to trap the opponent's outside shoulder, then swim over the top.
Speed-to-Bull Move
Pure speed is sometimes the way to go. If Cameron can get a lineman backpedaling too fast, he can then power through.
